Digital Downloads:
For digital downloads, there is no physical shipment involved. As soon as your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email with a download link. You can instantly access and enjoy your digital product.
Fine Art Photography (Within Australia):
For orders of fine art photography items within Australia, please allow up to 10 business days for the production and preparation of your print. Once your order is ready, we will ship it to your specified address within Australia, and you can typically expect delivery within 7 business days from the date of shipment.
Fine Art Photography (International Orders):
For international orders of fine art photography items, please note the following:

Production Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the production and preparation of your print.

Framed Prints: International customers have the option to purchase unframed fine art photography items only. Due to the fragility of framed prints, we regret that we cannot offer this option for international shipping.

Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, we will ship your unframed print to your specified international address. Please allow up to 21 business days from the date of shipment for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance processes in your country.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping destination, the weight and dimensions of the item(s) in your order, and the chosen shipping method. You can review the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
Order Tracking:
For orders of fine art photography items, we provide tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
